After some herculean volunteer efforts, much of the public parts of the ski marathon course have been cleaned up after the two winter storms that dumped over 36 inches of wet-heavy snow in the area and ski season is definitely in full swing.  We live in a great community with dedicated and helpful people!  Eyes now turn to the water crossings and waiting for enough ice to form to safely cross.  Things seem to be progressing nicely on that front as we’ve had sufficient cold temperatures and a few VERY cold days and nights in the not so recent past.  Dare we even say….we feel ahead of where we normally are in early/mid December.

Until the next report, check out some photos of volunteer efforts!
